Existed.

I started Lunalux from my kitchen table after leaving a domestic violence relationship with my eight-week-old daughter. She's nine now. For a long time, building this brand was the thing that kept me going - something to show my daughter that anything is possible when you believe in yourself and your purpose.

Last year, I had an urgent hysterectomy and endometriosis excision surgery. The surgery left me with pudendal neuralgia - a chronic nerve pain condition that affects my pelvis and daily life. Most people have never heard of it. I hadn't either.

Living with 24/7 chronic pain as a solo mum, while running a business, while trying to show up for my daughter - it's not something I talk about lightly. But I talk about it because I think silence is part of the problem. One in nine women has endometriosis. Most wait nearly a decade for a diagnosis. The irony of a period pain founder navigating all of this isn't lost on me. If anything, it's made me more certain that Lunalux needs to exist.

Before the patches, I was packing Lunalux orders at my kitchen table with a wheat pack strapped to my stomach. I'd been diagnosed with Endometriosis since I was twenty. I'd reheat the wheat pack every hour. I cancelled things. I white knuckled it through things I shouldn't have had to white knuckle through at all.

I couldn't find a heat solution that fit into real life — one I could wear under my clothes to a meeting, to school pickup, to anywhere that mattered. So I made one.

The Warming Period Patch started as the product I needed and couldn't find. It became something much bigger - a product used by women across Australia who finally feel like they can leave the house on day 1. Women who, like me, were told for years that their pain was normal. It isn't. And they deserve something that helps them get on with their day without having to choose between relief and living.

That's why I'm here. That's why Lunalux needs to exist.
