Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from Lunalux. 

To help you we have set out our Policy which also includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Satisfaction is important to us.

We have a 21 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Clearance items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded for 'change of mind' reasons.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lunalux will never re-sell used items. Your returned products will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Please note, return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens next?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us and let us know what you are after, then return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll send you your new items.

Damaged or defective goods

We do not offer returns on items that are defective or damagedYour item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
